Are you factory or trading company? - We are professional manufacturer with an area of 120000 square meters and employs 500 staffs. We are one-stop shop of supplier and service.
2. How big is your production capacity? - we have 12 production lines with 500 young workers so that we can provide prompt manufacturing speed.
3. What is your manufacturing standard? - Using GB materials production standard under strict quality control inspection.
4. How can your factory control the quality? - We have strict quality management process from raw material to finished product. Details please ref below: – Material vendor assessed – Incoming material inspected (IQC) – In-line product 100% check (QC) – 100% inspection before packing (QC) – According to standard or customer’s requirement to check random after final packing to ensure the quality (QA) 5. Can I make my own brand? - Yes, we do both OEM and ODM, so you can make your own logo.
6. What is your package? - All depends on your demands by plastic bags, cartons, pallet or what you need.
7. Can you provide samples to me? - We have our own sample room a nd can submit the samples as your requirement. Normally we can finish samples within 3-5 days.
8. What’s the MOQ? - Normally QTY is more than 1000pcs per SKU.
9. What’s the lead time for bulk production? - We have high capacity and normally need 2-20 days for lead time which depends on bulk quantity and if peak season or not as well. 、
