How to improve the turning flexibility and mobility of medium casters

During a visit, I inadvertently used the trolley used by the customer, and found that the medium-sized trolley casters were not very smooth in pushing, and the rotation was not very flexible. Later, through the collection and summary of data , I found that it was not what I thought at the beginning; through analysis, I summarized how to improve the mobility and flexibility of medium-sized casters in actual needs.

First of all, we must observe the wear and tear of the medium-sized casters of the trolley, if it is the same in other situations; observe whether the wheel does not rotate smoothly, which is usually related to ropes and other sundries. Adding an anti-wrap cover can block the entanglement of these sundries. After checking and replacing the wheels, tighten the axle with a locknut. Loose axles can cause the spokes to rub against the bracket and jam. 

Then choose medium-sized casters with high-grade bearings. Such medium-sized casters can rotate flexibly and the natural rotation speed will be guaranteed. The surface hardness of medium-sized casters should not be too soft, and medium-sized casters that are too soft will cause greater friction with the ground, thereby slowing down the running speed. Choose medium-sized casters with a slightly larger wheel diameter, so that the distance of the medium-sized casters turning one circle is also large, and the natural speed is faster than that of the medium-sized casters with small wheel diameters.

Finally, add lubricating oil regularly to ensure that the medium-sized casters and movable bearings can be used for a long time. Apply grease to the friction part of the seal ring, axle and roller bearing to reduce friction and make the rotation more flexible.
