For casters of the same diameter, generally manufacturers will produce several series for different load-bearing, such as light, medium, heavy, super heavy, etc. The specific method of purchase is to make the wheels and brackets have different thicknesses or materials, and count as a single caster. When the ground is relatively flat, a single caster load = (total weight of the equipment ÷ number of casters installed) × 1.2 (insurance factor); if the ground is uneven, the algorithm is: single caster load = The total weight of the equipment ÷ 3, because no matter what kind of uneven ground, there are always at least three wheels supporting the equipment at the same time.
