Globe Caster recommends that users check the structure and tightness of the casters frequently, and rotate the casters on the sides or at both ends regularly. The following items need to be checked:

    1. Whether the welding point or the welding bottom plate is broken, whether the nuts and bolts are loose.

    2. Check the structural deformation of the equipment due to overload or violent impact. Uneven distribution of the weight of the weight to one or two casters will cause the casters to deform and the wheels cannot rotate.

    3. If it is a caster with a plug rod, make sure that the installation hole of the device is not bent and is tightly connected with the plug rod.

    4. Use locknuts or lock washers to install the casters, and confirm whether the installation position of the expansion rubber sleeve is fastened in place.

    5. Judging whether the live support assembly is damaged due to excessive use according to the wear of the casters. If the live support is loose, it is recommended to replace the bracket or the entire caster. If the casters are equipped with bolts and nuts, make sure the connection is firm. If the movable support does not rotate flexibly, check whether the bead track is corroded or dusty. If necessary, it is recommended to replace the support or the entire caster. If one end of the device is equipped with fixed casters, make sure that the bracket is not bent or deformed.
