Characteristics and Application of PP Caster Wheel

Ppolypropylene(PP) material casters have the following characteristics in terms of temperature resistance, hardness, and comprehensive performance, making them suitable for use in various industrial and daily scenarios.

1. Temperature resistance range
Short term temperature resistance: about -10 ℃~+80 ℃

2. Hardness
Shore D hardness: about 60-70 (moderately hard), close to nylon but slightly lower than PU.

For high noise reduction scenarios (such as hospitals), it is recommended to use soft materials such as TPE.
