The material, thickness, and diameter of the casters are different, and their load-bearing capacity will be different, especially the material has a particularly obvious influence on the load-bearing. For example, nylon casters and plastic casters of the same diameter have a big difference in load-bearing capacity. For casters of the same diameter, generally manufacturers will produce several series for different load-bearing, such as light, medium, heavy, super heavy, etc. The specific method of purchase is to make the wheels and brackets have different thicknesses or materials, and count as a single caster.
