Heavy-duty casters usually use double-layer steel ball track, stamping forming, heat treatment. The difference between heavy duty caster double brake and side brake

Heavy-duty caster brake is a kind of caster parts. Its main purpose is to use the caster brake when the caster needs to be fixed and positioned when the caster is to be stationary. Generally speaking, casters can be equipped with or without brakes. In both cases, the casters can be used normally. Note that different brakes can be equipped according to the customer’s specific use and requirements.

Heavy-duty caster brakes are different in different situations. For example, full brakes are often called double brakes and side brakes are different. In the case of double brakes, the casters will be locked regardless of whether the wheel rotates or the bead disk rotates. In the case of double brakes, it is impossible to move objects and adjust the direction of rotation. The side brake only locks the rotation of the wheel but not the direction of rotation of the bead plate, so in this case the direction of the caster can be adjusted.
